When you agree to the terms on auctioning your property (Free marketing and selling your property)  Our auctioneers will send for a valuation and contracts that need to be signed and sent back to be put on the market

This is the time that you are waiting for. When on market you will enter a 28 day cycle we support you and the auctioneer manages viewings and bids. You have set price and when this has been met you agree and contracts are exchanged on the day of end of cycle - Completion will be set and get paid shortly after usually a few weeks later. Well done :-) 

We communicate on what your next steps are and what the price you are looking for? The images, valuations are set on day when meeting has been arranged and we look on requirements and when you would like to complete. We set an agreed fixed fee for selling.

This is where your property will be on in no time and will have the extensive amount of wide coverage on Zoopla and so on. You will have a set personal agent that will be with you all the way on selling.

The date comes when you found a buyer that is in a good position in buying your property and we send out Memorandum of sale and agreements that are signed and we can move to completion with solicitors and we can now say SOLD and final - Then you get paid and we do too.
